Walk 4/2 Bellingham Interurban Tr./Lunch

Trip description
Discover one of the nicest urban walks in our region as we trek into Bellingham on the path of the old Interurban Trolley. Beginning off Chuckanut Drive south of town, we'll walk a mostly forested, unpaved path along a scenic corridor, winding up in the historic Fairhaven district. The path is mostly wide, level, and smooth except for the half-mile stretch through the small ravine around Chuckanut Creek, which descends 100 feet to cross the creek, then ascends 100 feet on the other side. When we reach Fairhaven, let's stop in for lunch at the Mount Bakery Cafe.

To cancel from a trip, contact Andy via email or text. Cancellations more than two weeks before a trip receive a full refund minus a $15 fee. Cancellations more than 3 days but less than 2 weeks before the trip receive a 50% refund. Sorry, no refund on cancellations 3 days or less before the trip. Some trips may be changed with short notice due to unforeseen conditions. You're encouraged to go along with the alternate plan, but are entitled to a full refund if you opt out.
