Snowshoe 3/18 Smith Brook Valley

Trip description
There are several wonderful snowshoe tours in the Stevens Pass area, but this is probably my favorite. We park along the shoulder of noisy, smelly, busy Highway 2 east of the pass, but it doesn't take long to escape into the side valley where a peaceful winter wilderness awaits. The tour partly follows the forest road gently up the valley, but also includes (conditions permitting) some wandering off the beaten path to enjoy a trackless route alongside Smith Brook-- a magical sight under the deep snows. Remember to select a Snowshoe Rental if you need to reserve a set of snowshoes and poles.

To cancel from a trip, contact Andy via email or text. Cancellations more than two weeks before a trip receive a full refund minus a $15 fee. Cancellations more than 3 days but less than 2 weeks before the trip receive a 50% refund. Sorry, no refund on cancellations 3 days or less before the trip. Some trips may be changed with short notice due to unforeseen conditions. You're encouraged to go along with the alternate plan, but are entitled to a full refund if you opt out.
