Trip description
This snowshoe tour near Snoqualmie Pass allows you to escape to a peaceful forest lake set under the slopes of Silver Peak and Mount Catherine. We start at the busy Hyak Sno-Park, not far from I-90, but in a couple hours, we'll leave the crowds and the noise behind, and be immersed in a quiet, white wilderness. The route follows a mixture of forest roads and trails to reach the lake, and the miles go by relatively easily on the gentle terrain. This is a good tour for beginning snowshoers who have experience on hikes of a similar length. If you need snowshoes, just check the box for "Snowshoe Rental" when you register.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel from a trip, contact Andy via email or text. Cancellations more than two weeks before a trip receive a full refund minus a $15 fee. Cancellations more than 3 days but less than 2 weeks before the trip receive a 50% refund. Sorry, no refund on cancellations 3 days or less before the trip. Some trips may be changed with short notice due to unforeseen conditions. You're encouraged to go along with the alternate plan, but are entitled to a full refund if you opt out.
