Hike 8/9 Lillian Ridge
4 miles, 600 feet elevation gain.
Trip description
The trailhead at Obstruction Point is at the top of the highest road (6100 feet) on the Olympic Peninsula, nearly 1000 feet higher than nearby Hurricane Ridge Road. We hike along an open, sparsely-treed ridge with big views every step of the way. You'll see Mt. Olympus like you've never seen it, and if it's clear enough, a good portion of the Cascades are seen as well. Watch for marmots and mountain goats, and marvel at the plants that thrive in the short summer season up there. Trip fee includes the ferry fares.

- Meet at Everett Station Park & Ride Lot A, look for large white passenger van.
