Hike 8/26 Table Mountain / Artist Point
4 miles, 700 feet elevation gain.
Trip description
Stand in awe of the views from the mile-high ridge that lies at the climax of the Heather Meadows area on the edge of the Mount Baker Wilderness. The icy peaks of Baker and Shuksan irresistibly draw the eyes, and the high plateau summit offers a nice resting spot after the short, steep climb. The trail up Table Mountain has drop-offs that can intimidate some hikers, but these sections are generally short, and the path is fairly wide (4-6 feet). After completing the Table Mountain hike, we can roam the Artist Point trail from the same trailhead, and we'll probably throw in another scenic stop or two as well.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel from a trip, contact Andy via email or text. Cancellations more than two weeks before a trip receive a full refund minus a $15 fee. Cancellations more than 3 days but less than 2 weeks before the trip receive a 50% refund. Sorry, no refund on cancellations 3 days or less before the trip. Some trips may be changed with short notice due to unforeseen conditions. You're encouraged to go along with the alternate plan, but are entitled to a full refund if you opt out.
