Hike 11/24 Icicle Ridge Trail

Trip description
As fall fades away into winter in the mountains, let's head to the east slopes of the Cascades and sneak in good workout on this scenic trail right above Leavenworth. There may be no snow, or a little snow, or all snow depending on the recent weather, but we'll adapt to whatever the conditions bring. The trail switchbacks steadily up, climaxing at a viewpoint called Tumwater Tower, 1800 feet above the town. We may stop there, or possibly probe farther up the trail if conditions are favorable. Upon our return, we'll take a half hour or so in Leavenworth to hit a bakery or coffee shop.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel from a trip, contact Andy via email or text. Effective with trips beginning in November 2024, cancellations more than two weeks before a trip receive a full refund minus a $15 fee. Cancellations more than 3 days but less than 2 weeks before the trip receive a 50% refund. Sorry, no refund on cancellations 3 days or less before the trip. Some trips may be changed with short notice due to unforeseen conditions. You're encouraged to go along with the alternate plan, but are entitled to a full refund if you opt out.
