Gazing south across the exposed beach, where a heron rests near a tidepool

Canadian flag on the breakwater at the end of the pier

At the end of the pier looking back toward the city.

Stopping at a metallic map display to get out bearings

Had a nice lunch of fish and chips downtown

View of the pier from along Marine Drive
