Hatchery is on Issaquah Creek, a 42-mile journey from Puget South (for the salmon)


Coho and Chinook salmon are the main ones that spawn here

The adult salmon really beat the odds. Out of 3500 eggs that a typical female produces, 2 of those survive to eventually return to Issaquah.
