Hike 9/24 Sheep Lake / Sourdough Gap
Highway 410 coming up to Chinook Pass from the east, right at the start of the trail
Lots of color in the mountain ash and the berry bushes
Naches Peak, from 1/2 mile down the trail

Arriving at Sheep Lake. This is a popular camp spot,being such an easy hike from the highway.
Continued on the trail around Sheep Lake, heading another mile or so to Sourdough Gap
