Hike 7/9 Greider Lakes

The DNR has installed nice signage at the trailhead

Spada Lake, from an overlook near it's eastern end

Saw lots of this fancy foliage, known as Goats Beard

An old sign at the former trailhead, now 2 miles in from the current one.

Typical trail going up to the lakes

Reaching the bowl of Big Greider Lake. We sat right on the log jam near the lake outlet for our lunch break.

Big Greider was ringed by high mountains on three sides

Close up of the weathered log I sat on for lunch

Frog in Big Greider Lake

View of Little Greider Lake

Little Greider again

Coming down some rough trail sections

Back down to Sultan River, which feeds into Spada Lake
