Hike 10/19 Mountain Lake Loop - Orcas Island
Smoky air made for moody-looking scene at the Anacortes Ferry Terminal

This heron was right next to the trail when we startled it, and it flew out to a safer distance
A sharp eye can see the heron flying away
After the walk around the lake, visibility had noticable improved.
